Matt’s expertise is in building scalable business models through partnerships, most recently as Head of North America Channel Sales at Dropbox. Matt’s goal for the Partnerships & Business Development org is to lean into Thrive’s differentiation to increase customer acquisition and adoption through a targeted set of strategic partnerships, to support the intrinsic value and well-being of workers across the globe. Matt lives outside of Seattle with his wife and their two children, Saatchi and Bodhi.
